Ingredients:
- 2 pounds of chopped boneless chicken thighs
- 1 cup of heavy cream
- 1 cup of canned coconut milk
- 3 tablespoons of tomato paste
- 2 tablespoons of garam masala
- 1 tablespoon of fresh grated ginger
- 1 tablespoon of minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon of smoked paprika
- 2 teaspoons of onion powder
- 1 teaspoon of guar gum
- 1 tablespoon of butter
- 1 1/2 cups of riced cauliflower
Instructions:
