Avocado Kale Smoothie Recipe

Kale Avocado Smoothie 5 minutes for preparation

1/4 cup plain full-fat yoghurt;

1 cup fresh chopped kale;

1/2 cup chopped avocado;

3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk.

3-5 ice cubes;

1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice;

Instructions:
