 • In front of a packed conference room of coworkers, Elon Musk posted a live video of himself        performing a bicep curl.

• As Musk took up a dumbbell to perform the motion, the coworkers watched and laughed alongside him.

• In the video, which looked to be a test of the X's live video capability, Musk claimed that it "works reasonably well."

Elon Musk, the owner of X, made an odd and a little disorganised live video appearance on the platform on Friday, appearing to amuse coworkers by performing bicep exercises.

Early on Friday morning, Musk posted the strange live video. He appeared to check himself out in the video before chuckling and turning to a group of coworkers chit-chatting.

Musk requested for clarification from the audience to check if it was functioning as the video continued since it appeared he was unclear of whether he was live or not. He then flipped the camera around to see a crowd of individuals seated at a conference table.

Then, in front of everyone, Musk grabbed up a dumbbell and performed a single bicep curl while adding, "This is me curling a 45 so there you go." Musk joined in the laughing that broke out in the room.

Musk confirmed "looks likes our video features are working" near the conclusion of the broadcast and thanked viewers for the test.

The live video function on Twitter looked to be being tested in the video, and Musk posted shortly thereafter that "Live video now works reasonably well."

After weeks of rumours about whether Musk and Meta CEO Mark Zuckerberg would actually engage in a cage battle, Musk's iron-pumping antics have surfaced. Musk faces stiff competition from jiu jitsu and martial arts enthusiast Zuckerberg.

Early in July, when he began exercising with Canadian UFC superstar Georges St-Pierre, 52-year-old Musk showed signs that he was serious about staying in shape.

Musk acknowledged the event was "Really enjoyable! It is clear that I require *a lot* more training.

The two tech millionaires are currently trading insults on their own social media channels rather than getting into a physical altercation.
