Green beans and Pot Roast in a Slow Cooker Recipe

Ingredients:
- 1 (3-pound) boneless beef chuck roast
- 2 medium stalks of celery
- 1 medium yellow onion
- Salt, pepper
- 1/4 cup beef broth, and 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
- 4 cups trimmed green beans
- 2 teaspoons sliced cold butter
Instructions:
1. In a slow cooker, combine the celery and onion.
2. Lay the roast on top and sprinkle it with plenty of salt and pepper.
3. Add the beef broth and Worcestershire sauce after whisking them together.
4. Once the meat is extremely soft, simmer it on low heat for 8 hours with the lid on.
