- 2 tablespoons coconut oil
- 1 large egg
- 2 teaspoons minced red onion
- 8 ounces of boneless salmon fillet
- 1/4 cups of almond flour
- 2 tablespoons coconut flour
- 1 tablespoon fresh chopped parsley
2. Top the bowl of cauliflower with the warmed skillet.
3. Add salt and pepper to taste along with the fish.
