Stir-Fry With Beef And Broccoli Recipe

Ingredients: 

  • 1 pound of beef sirloin
  • 2 tablespoons of almond flour
  • 2 teaspoons of coconut oil
  • 2 cups of finely chopped broccoli florets
  • 1 tablespoon grated ginger, and 3 minced garlic cloves

Instructions: 

1. In a small bowl, combine the soy sauce, sesame oil, and chilli paste.

2. Cut the meat into slices, coat with almond flour, and put in a freezer bag. 

3. After adding the sauce and coating the food, set aside for 20 minutes to rest. 

4. In a big skillet, heat the oil to a medium-high temperature.
