Ingredients:
- 1 large egg, divided;
- a sprinkle of salt and cream of tartar;
- 1 ounce melted cream cheese;
- 2 slices raw bacon; and 1/4 cup sliced avocado.
- 1 tomato slice
- 1/4 cup torn lettuce
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 300°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Make soft peaks by whisking together the egg whites, salt, cream of tartar, and sugar.
3. Combine the cream cheese and egg yolk in a mixing bowl until they are consistent and pale yellow.
4. Fold in the egg whites gently once they have been thoroughly integrated.
5. Divide the batter into two equal circles on the baking sheet.
6. Bake for 25 minutes, or until the top is firm and golden.
