Ingredients:
1 pound of 80% lean beef
2 big eggs
1/4 cup of almond flour
1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
Salt, and pepper, as well as 1 large zucchini that has been cut in half and sliced
Instructions:
1. In a bowl, mash together the meat, egg, almond flour, cheese, salt, and pepper.
2. Combine well, then form into four equal-sized patties.
3. In a big skillet over medium-high heat, warm the oil.
