Green Beans and Tuna with Sesame Crust Recipe

Ingredients:
4 (6-ounce) ahi tuna steaks
1/4 cup each of white and black sesame seeds
Salt, pepper
1 tablespoon each of olive and coconut oil, and 2 cups green beans
Instructions:
1. In a small plate, mix the two kinds of sesame seeds
2. Add salt and pepper to the tuna's seasoning
3. Using the sesame seed mixture, coat the tuna
4. In a skillet over high heat, add the tuna after heating the olive oil
5. After 1 to 2 minutes, flip the food over and sear the other side
