Green Beans and Tuna with Sesame Crust Recipe

Time to Cook: 5 minutes 

Ingredients: 

4 (6-ounce) ahi tuna steaks

1/4 cup each of white and black sesame seeds

Salt, pepper

1 tablespoon each of olive and coconut oil, and 2 cups green beans

Instructions: 

1. In a small plate, mix the two kinds of sesame seeds

2. Add salt and pepper to the tuna's seasoning

3. Using the sesame seed mixture, coat the tuna

4. In a skillet over high heat, add the tuna after heating the olive oil

5. After 1 to 2 minutes, flip the food over and sear the other side

6. Take the tuna out of the pan and set it aside to rest while you reheat the pan with the coconut oil.
