Muffins with almond butter recipe

Time to Cook: 25 minutes
Ingredients:
2 cups of almond flour,
1 cup of erythritol in powder form,
2 teaspoons of baking powder,
1/4 teaspoon salt,
3/4 cup of warmed almond butter,
3/4 cup of unsweetened almond milk,
and 4 big eggs.
Instructions:
1. Line a muffin tray with paper liners and preheat the oven to 350 degrees
Fahrenheit.
2. In a mixing bowl, combine the
almond flour, erythritol, baking powder, and salt.
3. Combine the almond milk, almond butter, and eggs in a another bowl.
4. Just blend the dry ingredients with the wet ingredients by stirring.
5. Place the prepared pan into the oven and bake for 22 to 25 minutes,
or until a knife inserted in the centre comes out clean.
6. After 5 minutes of in-pan cooling, transfer
the muffins out onto a wire cooling rack.
