Classic Western Omelet
Western Classic Omelet Recipe

Ingredients:
3 large whisked eggs,
2 teaspoons coconut
oil,
And 1 tablespoon heavy
cream.
1/4 cup chopped ham
1/4 cup diced green
pepper
1/4 cup diced yellow
onion
Salt and pepper
Directions:
1. In a
small bowl, stir together the eggs, heavy cream, salt, and pepper.
2. Set a
small skillet over medium heat and add 1 teaspoon of coconut oil.
3. Add the
gammon, peppers, and onions and cook for 3 to 4 minutes.
4. Ladle a
bowl with the mixture and reheat the skillet with the remaining oil.
5. Add the
whisked eggs and simmer for a few minutes, or until the bottom of the egg
begins to set.
6. Cook
the egg until nearly set while tilting the pan to distribute it.
7. Top
half of the omelette with the veggie and gammon mixture before folding it over.
8. After
the omelet's eggs have set, serve it hot.
