Baked Chicken Nuggets Recipe

Ingredients: 

  • 1/4 cup almond flour 
  • 1 teaspoon chilli powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika 
  • 2 pounds boneless chicken thighs cut into 2-inch slices 
  • Salt and pepper  
  • 2 big eggs, whisked thoroughly 

Instructions: 

1. Preheat the oven to 400°F and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper. 

2. In a shallow bowl, combine the almond flour, chilli powder, and paprika. 

3. Season the chicken with salt and pepper before dipping it in the eggs. 

4. Dip the chicken pieces in the almond flour mixture, then arrange on the baking sheet. 

5. 20 minutes in the oven, or until golden brown and crunchy. Serve immediately.
